Quality Service Group was formed in 2001 by automotive professionals who know what it means to provide a solid and reliable support system of integrated services. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the automotive industry and a focus on customer service and training, QSG has formed a group of individuals that provide superior and reliable services.

In 2002 Quality Service Group implemented its ISO 9001:2000 quality system to demonstrate its commitment to quality, its customers, and to continuous improvement. We have been registered under the ISO 9001 standard for more than 8 years and are currently registered with QMI-SAI Global, a globally recognized registrar under ISO 9001:2008.

QSG has expanded its services offered and locations to provide containment services including: Sorting, Inspection, Rework, Light Assembly, Packaging, Warehousing, Customer Representation Support, and Quality Engineering support for ISO/TS consulting, training, and implementation support services.

QSG’s service areas include the Southeast US with headquarters in Cookeville, TN. We also support the areas of Michigan, Laredo Texas, Mexico, and major China.
